Due to the nature of our products which are perishable custom made items, our refund and returns policy is tailored to ensure fairness and quality.

1. Custom and Personalized Drinkware including Tumblers, Glass Cans, Bottles
All custom designed and personalized drinkware items are made to order specifically for you. Therefore, all sales on custom drinkware are final.

Damage Upon Arrival
If your custom drinkware arrives damaged, for example shattered glass, significant cracks, or unreadable design, please contact us within for example 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Resolution
For verified damages sustained during shipping, please contact USPS for a refund on the damaged item or items.

Error in Customization caused by Customer
We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for errors made by the customer during the design submission or approval process. This includes typos in text provided, incorrect images chosen, or approval of a design proof that contains an error. Please double check all details carefully before submitting and approving your custom order.

General Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items due to change of mind, incorrect size selection if applicable, or minor variations in handmade products such as slight glitter distribution differences.

2. Non Personalized or Ready Made Drinkware and Accessories including keychains and glitter mixes if applicable
For non customized ready made drinkware or accessories for example non custom pre designed tumblers, keychains, or glitter mixes not applied to drinkware, all sales are final.

3. Cancellations
Custom Drinkware
Custom drinkware orders can be cancelled within for example 12 to 24 hours of placing the order, provided the design process has not yet begun. Once design work has started, customers will not be able to cancel the order.
